Van Gogh Vodka Photoshoots

I worked closely with the Van Gogh Vodka team during my time at The Mixx. I conceptualized 3 separate photoshoots for the client, and was present on set to execute all of them. I was in charge of figuring out the theme, the color schemes, the props, and the overall direction of the shoot. On set I assisted the Art Director with shoot direction and how best to execute the theme. I also hand modeled and took BTS for socials.

WINTER

I started by creating a concept deck for the shoot. We wanted the set to look like a decadent, Gatsby-themed holiday. All the props, textures, backdrop colors were brainstormed below, each according to a winter cocktail recipe made using one of the 16 Van Gogh Vodka flavors.

summer

Once again, we started with a pre-production deck detailing shot-by-shot direction, as well the assets, cocktails, location etc. For the summer shoot we went back to VGV's roots: fun, fruity, girl power. We had the shoot on location, 3 days at a beautiful beach hotel in New Jersey. This was our first time working with models, and the energy on set definitely translated into the final images. Every cocktail, perfect for the summer.
